Joël Andrianomearisoa - Embroidered cotton canvas

For Homaar, Joël Andrianomearisoa has created a series of embroidered cotton canvases that are rooted in our contemporary issues.

Entirely produced in Lyon, the artist has chosen for this collaboration to unite current events with intimacy. Thus questioning our relationship to the world, our ideals change despite a global upheaval.

This artwork was on display at the Art Museum Roger Quilliot in Clermont Ferrand in 2021 for the artist's solo exhibition WE WERE SO VERY MUCH IN LOVE.
